Yes i might have carpal tunnel, is there anything i can do about the pain in my wrist n upper hand?
Carpal tunnel synd: I would try a carpal tunnel/cock up wrist splint at least at night. Tendon gliding excercises can help. If you are able to take an anti inflammatory for a few weeks i would consider that as well.
