I've been to Cardio Dr, all looked good. BUT tonight I'm having burning pain/fade and back on upper right side of chest. I did walk 2miles after lunch?
Worth looking into: Cardiac pain is less often right-sided. However, over the internet its tough to know for sure. Without knowing details of your recent cardiology exam its hard to know how concerned to be. There are instances where a good cardiac check up did not reveal heart disease and yet it still be present. After that, it could be any number of internal issues, intercostal muscle spasms, reflux, pancreatitis, ulcers, lung issues. May be rib issues: Including muscle spasms causing them to tighten from trauma or postural issues, specific muscle spasms. However, you should be examined to rule out spleen, stomach and even cardiac concerns. Without a complete history & exam, it's impossible to determine the cause of your chest pain. Costochondritis: Your pain is likely due to inflammation of the rib cage. If it is worse with deep on deep inhalation, this is likely.
