Five second pain across center of chest between breasts. Momentary pain above right breast. Upper back shoulder pain. Chest pain related or cardiac?
Usually not cardiac.: If only five sec then usually not cardiac. Cardiac is lasting into the minutes and can be related with activity. This could also be skeletal pain. See below: If it hurts only with a very deep breath, and also hurts stretching to either side with right arm extended above your head, or with twisting at the waist it's likely muscle strain or a pinched nerve.
