Five second pain across center of chest between breasts. Momentary pain above right breast. Upper back shoulder pain. Chest pain related or cardiac?
Usually not cardiac.: If only five sec then usually not cardiac. Cardiac is lasting into the minutes and can be related with activity. This could also be skeletal pain. I have sharp moderate pain in upper right chest and back when I breath. Just had Ekg heart was fine?
