I have episodes of severe pain in upper abdomen that radiates to back and ears. Ruled out heart and gall bladder. What could it be?

Consider these...: Anatomically, the right upper quadrant (RUQ) of the abdomen includes: liver, gallbladder, pancreatic head, bile ducts and ampulla, c-loop of the duodenum, stomach antrum and pylorus, the hepatic flexure of the colon. My mother is feeling pain in upper right side abdomen and it radiate towards back... she also feel body aches especially back n back side of knee left?
For the first pain it sounf like digestive and gallbladder is a primary suspect if course there is the possibility of ulce, pancreas, etc...

Biliary stones.: Since you have had your gallbladder removed, you are less likely to have biliary disease due to gallstones, however that does not discount the possibility. Your elevated bills do point to a possible early obstruction. I would suggest that you have an ultrasound of the biliary tree or MRCP. Thoughts...: It could be a variety of things... Gas, stomach ulcer, gastritis, kidney stones. Your doctor will probably do a urine test looking for blood (from a kidney stone), do a thorough back and abdominal exam.
