Two thoughts : Your paincould represent either pleurisy, which is inflammation of the lining of the lung/chest wall. This could indicate a lung infection. You don'tmention cough, fever, shortness of breath or sweating. The other thought is that gallbladder problems can cause the pain that you describe in the right shoulder area. Doubtful: It is doubtful that this is heart related. However, you women have strange heart symptoms and should be included in your workup as well as chest x-ray. My experience in this type of pain, it is usually related to "tightness" around the suprascapular nerve and of the rhomboid muscles attachng to the shoulder blade.
