Sometimes I experience a sharp pain near my anti-tragus and and behind my ear and kind of down my neck and when I push my Tragus down the pain gets worse and sharper, what could this be? It's been happening randomly for awhile now, like years..
It sounds like you have an area of specific sensitivity, and stimulating it cause a radiated pain.

Need exam: Your symptoms sound like you might have temporomandibular joint pain dysfunction or TMD. If you can pinch your nose and pop your ears, you should be okay to fly, but you should have someone check you for TMD as this is a very common disorder and it's very treatable. Possibly: It's possible that you have a "preauricular" (in front of the ear) lymph node. Though this is hard to determine without better understanding any associated symptoms or the actual appearance/feeling of the "lump". Got Tragus (cartalige) pierced a week ago. Using a 50% salt watter / 50% hydrogen peroxide solution. Piercing/ear is very itchy. Normal? Any advice?
Stop peroxide: Hydrogen peroxide is not beneficial for any wound and tends to be irritating. Aquaphor or vaseline is OK. Water (a shower) is good for it. Leave it alone, do not spin it. Avoid alcohol, iodine, bacitracin, neosporin as these are never useful on existing wounds and are irritating or sensitizing.
