What to do if I have severe pain in the pelvis and hamstring area in consequence of stopping excercise?
Not quite sure: without an exam, I can only give general information, but generally I stop the exercise BECAUSE of the pain, I don't get the pain because I stopped the exercise. And, groin and hamstring pulls take a LONG time to heal up. REST. Anti-inflammatory, warm shower. These injuries need evaluation and phys therapy to get beck to working out. ...Read more

I have a tiny kidney stone. I am experiencing a sharp, moderate pain in the pelvis and pain with urination. Could the kidney stone be causing this?

Pelvic : Pelvic pain is common especially mid-cycle (about 2 weeks after your period). The discharge may be normal but this depends on your age and time in your menstrual cycle. This could be an indication of midcycle bleeding which is not normal if you are nearing menopause (about age 50).
