Not quite sure: without an exam, I can only give general information, but generally I stop the exercise BECAUSE of the pain, I don't get the pain because I stopped the exercise. And, groin and hamstring pulls take a LONG time to heal up. REST. Anti-inflammatory, warm shower. These injuries need evaluation and phys therapy to get beck to working out. ...Read more

Please discuss with : Your obgyn, could be from many reasons, could be pubic symphysis separation or other causes, if it is not harming baby or causing any problems with you besides having the pain, if u were my pt , would offer to induce u at 39 weeks as most likely pain will not go away until after u deliver a large study showed the ideal time to deliver is 39-40 weeks I do many successful inductions at 39-40 wks. ...Read more

Pelvic : Pelvic pain is common especially mid-cycle (about 2 weeks after your period). The discharge may be normal but this depends on your age and time in your menstrual cycle. This could be an indication of midcycle bleeding which is not normal if you are nearing menopause (about age 50).
