Had hip replacement 8 weeks ago all of a suddon had a lot of pain in lower back and buttocks hard to walk .Wondering if i would know if i dislocated.?

Need more info: Back pain is multifactorial. More historical information, examination & possible lab/radiographic studies are needed to really nail down the cause.
