See a physician: This may be something as simple as a rib that is out place, but with a sharp pain during swallowing, i would recommend seeing a physician and having an examination, possibly imaging to make sure something more serious is not occurring. Need more info: Abdominal pain can be due to variety of ailments which include kidney stones, pregnancy induced pain and ectopic pregnancy ( coz you are a female). A bowel rupture could be a possibility esp if the pain is severe and radiates to neck or the jaw. Simple causes like gastritis can cause that. So get a check up with your doctor.
