Isolated pain with: movement like you describe usually is from a strain of muscles or sprain of ligament or tendon. If the pain is localized (that is, doesn't travel down your arm) it's most likely a muscle strain. This is an unusual: symptom; these phenomena would not usually occur together. The main thing that might cause this is a TMJ (temporomandibular joint) problem. This jaw hinge joint commonly can get a little "out of whack" and not function properly. Taking anti-inflammatories (ibuprofen, etc), applying ice or heat are first steps.
