This is a hard : Question considering the MRI showed no pathology and we don't have your foot to examine. There are certain clinical tests to perform when looking for neuroma i.E molders click, and compressing the foot in certain ways. If, those tests are positive, one may have a neuritis without the neuroma and treatment would be similiar. Perhaps, try an orthotic. ...Read more
