What size ball....: Issues of "chronic" pain cannot be easily resolved without first discovering the history and true nature of the pain and it's chronicity. The ball of the foot means different things to different people. Does it involve just the first metatarsal or all five. If U have been-: -running a lot or even walking more than U R used 2, it could very well B a stress fracture &, only X-rays will show this, if early in the process, a bone scan with B +. Some get MRI's, but no need, & it's expensive. Unfortunately no image available. ...Read more
