Other work up?: How were allergies confirmed and how long did you receive shots? was there a build-up period? If not done correctly, then allergy shots will be ineffective. Pneumonia.: With your symptoms you have at least an upper respiratory infection and could have pneumonia. The feeling in your back can be from pleurisy.
