My friends daughter is 12 and she hasn't gotten her period yet. She has been having pain in her stomach below her belly button on the right side.

I have a stomach pain below my belly button. It feels like muscles but i haven't done anything to pull them. It hurts to move and during intercourse.

Abd pain: How long has the pain been there? Could try maalox and see if it helps. Does tylenol (acetaminophen) help can she eat or drink or is she vomiting and lying curled in bed.
