Pain In Solar Plexus Feels Like Hungry
I started vomiting acid and have pain in my solar plexus, feels like a rock. Could that be because of the vomiting episode? Also, it just happened, I have never had these problems before, then these wet burps and acid just started trickling upward. Also,

Push fluids/rest: Yes it is fairly normal to have continued pain for up to a week if you overdid the exercise in the abdominal area. Just drink lots of water and back off on the exercise. Regardless, if you don't recall an inciting injury or determine how to completely alleviate pain (short of numbing it w/pain relievers), you need to get evaluated.
