Over did it when excersising on Thursday and still have considerable pain in solar plexus area is this normal and what can I do to help?
Push fluids/rest: Yes it is fairly normal to have continued pain for up to a week if you overdid the exercise in the abdominal area. Just drink lots of water and back off on the exercise.
