I have an ovarian cancer, was on chemo for 4 months, now am cancer free but now my left hip is in much pain (had both hip replacements few years ago).?

Not likely.: Ovarian cancer is a disease that can be asymptomatic, and/or show nonspecific findings, like increased abdominal girth/size. Other tests must be done to be sure. The three tests done are transvaginal ultrasound, physical exam of the pelvis, and a ca-125+/- other markers blood test. Tailbone pain is more likely to be from sitting for a long time and/or injury.
