I have pain in my shoulder when lifting my arm our to the side. It pops and hurts when i lift arm higher than shoulder. Also when i pour into a glass.

Prob not: As an orthopedic surgeon who treats many patients w/ shoulder instability i would say there is no proven benefit to wearing compression shirts for instability . In season football players w/ unstable shoulders may be helped by wearing 'harnesses' which limit abduction( movement away from body) and external rotation.Best of luck! ...Read more
