Need more info: From the symptoms you describe it sounds line what may be what is commonly called a "pinched nerve" with a radiculopathy (inflammation of a nerve root). You will need a physical exam to make sure it is not coming from nerve entrapment at the elbow, brachial plexus or neck, but until then, try stretching.
