Pain in right waist hip and groin 2wks worried it's ovarian ca had ultrasound in sept it was good but one ovary wasn't visible or hidden that bad?
Ovarian cancer ?: Why are you worried about ovarian cancer? Do you or your family have a history ? Usually cancers present as PAINLESS masses in the abdomen, not painful. I have a slight pain on my right waist, towards lower back. I'm 65 and have been a type 2 diabetic for about 15 yrs.
