Lymph nodes: The lymph nodes usually enlarge as response to an infection in the vicinity.It lasts maximum 2-3 weeks and as the infection goes away (with antibiotics usually) the lymph nodes disappear. Many possibilities.: The symptoms sound most likely migraine headaches triggered by exercise. It may be pain caused by muscular tension. These problems could also be due to a sudden increase in blood or abdominal pressure or may be heart problems. It is possibly you may be hyperventilating. Neck/Ear pain: Hello, i would first think of tmj. The jaw joint may become inflamed and benefit from otc ibuprophen. I usually have patients use this as directed for 10 days. Probably nothing.: Lumps that get bigger and then smaller are usually enlarged lymph nodes responding to infection or inflammation. I wonder if you have some sort of infection going on near a tooth or near the back of your tongue. This could cause referred pain to your ear.
