Need more info: How bad is it? Is the pain on the surface at the rib or deep in the abdomen? Does it come and go or change with coughing? Does it move? Does it radiate anywhere else? Bowel,kidney,spleen.: Not many things here: the colon makes a sharp turn and is often postulated to cause cramping or gas type pain, the kidney is there, but pain is typically more constant.
