You need to: See a doctor, because your symptoms could be something else even more serious. Kidney stones, depending on location, cause severe pain in flank or groin, usually not in hip or buttocks. It also typically causes microhematuria, not visible to the eye.

I just found out that I have a cecal mass but all my pain is on my right side around hip area and groin, should I get a second option?

No harm: Please note that cecum is on the right side, so having pain on the right side is not a reason to doubt that the pathology is in the cecum.

? passion: Assuming you mean pain, this could be many things. Hip pain is often caused by generalized arthritis, but truly a good history and physical examination will be able to more appropriately diagnosis you, so the best treatment can occur. Good luck.

Difficult to tell: But it could be appendicitiis, ileitis, ovarian cyst, kidney stones, urinary tract infection, hernia, lymph node enlargement, or 100 other things. Get to a doctor and figure this one out more accurately.

I've been having pains in my right side around my hip area it started Friday night 8/5, It has slowly gotten worse over the last couple days but I've n?

See a doc today: You have been in pain too long! It's impossible to say what's causing your pain exactly without knowing more about your overall health & other symptoms. It's also hard to pinpoint a cause without an exam. New abdominal pain that has not gone away quickly is worrying. It may be something serious, like appendicitis or something minor. To find the cause & get appropriate treatment, get seen today!

Pain on my right side next to my hip that comes and goes. When the pain is there, it's sharp. Started after deep penetrative sex last night. I rubbed the area last night which made the pain go away, but when I got up it came back. What could this be?

Hard to know: Even the location of this pain from your description. However, it is possible to aggravate an ovarian cyst or even to rupture it if there is deep or hard thrusting inside you. If this keeps up, you should be seen, and especially if the pain gets very severe or you have any lightheadedness or get pale and sweaty. Meanwhile, drink plenty of fluids such as soup or broth and avoid sex. Good luck!

Sciatica: Appears that you have a nerve impingement. I suggest that a visit to your primary physician is called for. Treatment and evaluation should start from there.

Could sciatica cause right side swelling it's feels like my hip area is and it's hard to get comfortable?

Could sciatica cause right side swelling it's feels like my hip area is and it's hard to get comfortable?

Swelling unlikely: However when sometimes the nerves are irritated they give a numbing sensation that can be mistaken for a swelling feeling. If indeed you are getting swelling, then see your doctor to determine what evaluations need to be done.

I'm getting a lot of pain in left hip& pelvic area especially at nite from lying in that side, what could be causing this? Thanks

It could be anything: Arthritis frequently hurts at night. One problem is that many people talk about the hip but point to their buttock. That is not hip pain but back pain. So the answer depends on examining and figuring out where it actually hurts. After that one can direct the apporpriate work up. Arthritis is very unlikely due to young age. Likely a back related thing but can't tell wihout more info.

Curious: Bilateral pain region anterior superior iliac crests with sitting but not locomotion in twenties male is odd. Symptoms suggest tendonitis transversus abdominis muscle stressed when sitting on hard surface. Bilaterality raises idea that he pursued excessive physical activity like sit-ups or weight lifting ; strained these tissues. Heat ; rest ; see doctor if persists or sooner if becomes constant.

I have pain in lower left side around hip area it has now traveled to my left thigh the pain is getting stronger and becoming more frequent?

Radiculopathy: It sounds like a nerve root in your lower back spine is "being pinched", also called "disc disease", it may also been spinal stenosis. Suggest to be evaluated before it gets worse. Of course other reasons also are possible, like a " mass compressing on a nerve".Please consult your doctor, don't treat yourself.
