Pain: lots of possibilities. If Short of breath or bad chest pain should be seen now to insure not cardiac in origin or lung related. I only mention heart as you have left arm pain too, but hurts more with movement, so unlikely. Reproduction of the pain and numbness while bending your neck to the affected side is called a positive "spurling's sign". Your shoulder blade pain is also characteristic of this.
