I have been having pelvic pressure for atleast a couple years now. Feeling of heaviness and the pressure increases when walking and standing. ?

It IS reassuring that it has been present for a couple of years, and nothing more dramatic has developed, but an evaluation of your pelvic organs by ultrasound or other imaging should be done. Right pelvic pain: Could be inguinal ligament,inguinal or sports hernia, meralgia parasthetica ( entrapment of lateral femoral cutaneous nerve at groin due to obesity, or diabetes ,pregnancy) or could be hip-femoral acetabular entrapment, labral tear, or ovarian-cyst, , GI issue ( ilieitis).
