Likely mittleschmerz: Many women feel small pains around ovulation, before-during-or after - its called mittleschmerz. There are some abnormal causes of pain around ovulation but most often it's normal. If pain is mild-to-moderate you can use Advil or Tylenol (acetaminophen) and observe. 4w pg w/clomid. Mild pain in ovary area, alternating sides + cramps in center of uterus. No bleeding. Could Clomid (clomiphene) cause ovary pain? Or is it ectopic?
