Woke up after sleeping on bad pillow with terrible neck pain and pain when turning head, side of head hurts too, what type of doctor should I see?

During exercise, fell back and hit back of head on floor. Did not feel dizzy or headache, but neck pain set in quick, esp. while turning. Advice?
Many people have-: -falls of this type every day. You may have some early degerative disease in your cervical spine. If this just happened & you have not had this before, to you it may seem very worrisome. For now rest ice NSAIDS if you are able, & activity modification.
