I get pain in my upper leg when i kick a ball but its fine to walk on. What is my problem?

I get pain in my upper leg when i kick a ball but its fine to walk on. What is my problem?

Different muscles: You are using completely different muscles when you walk vs. A kick motion. Some muscle or ligament/tendon is irritated. Best to see a physical therapist, ortho/bone doc or sports medicine doc who with physical exam can pinpoint which ones are the culprits and then what treatments would be best to relieve your pain. (no need to amputate a left leg if the right leg causes the pain!) lol. ...Read more

No: I imagine you mean about cancer. If you are really concerned, contact your oncologist to discuss your fears and perhaps have an exam. It's not unusual to have follow up scans after cancer - just to check. Do it if you have concerns. Building anxiety will not do you any good - I expect it will reassure you. I hope so. ...Read more

I am having pain in my left upper leg. It feels like i pulled a muscle. Could this be a blood clot?
