Cyst?: Could be an ovarian cyst. If there is any chance of pregnancy then you need to take a test and if pregnant go to Emergency to be evaluated for possible ectopic pregnancy. Complex: If you have MS, you could have pain due to this, but you more likely have a different problem causing your pelvic pain, such as gastrointestinal issues, ovarian cyst, low grade appendicitis, even kidney stone. See your doctor, as no reason to live with this. ...Read more
