24 year old female with pain in my lower back on the right side. It has been getting worse and I've had it for three days I can hardly move.
Low back pain: The most likely cause is a musculoskeletal process like strain, arthritis, disc herniation. Is there any history of injury, strain, associated rash(as seen in shingles)? Kidney stone is unlikely. In addition to resting, try alternating cold and hot(not too hot) applications. If you can take them anti-inflammatory medications like Advil or Aleve should help.
