Severe pain, lower right middle chest when breathing deeply, no injuries, 22 year old male could this be serious? Nsaids and heat have not helped.
Go see a Dr and: Get reassurance that ur heart and lungs are fine. Or it could just be musculoskeletal or anxiety and panic attack. (don't forget to breath otherwise you'll pass out. Be seen: Chest pain can come from many causes, with the most serious relating to heart problems, including early heart attacks. Usually that pain is on the left side, but it can be anywhere.
