Hi i am experiencing dull pains in my left testicle, groin and lower stomach. The pain is not severe and i have no lumps or discoloration in my testes?

Acute lower stomach (above groin) and back pain yesterday night for about 2 hrs. Then some chills and mild fever. No fever now. Stomach still tender?
Kidney stone, infect: Would be concerned about possible kidney stone or kidney infection. Also ruptured ovarian cyst would be on the short list of things to be concerned about.
