RLQ pain: Doubt this is gerd. Symptoms of gerd are usually in the mid upper abdomen to chest occasionally radiating up to the throat. Pelvic pain/nausea: If you are sexually active, check a pregnancy test. If neg, could be an STD, and often you'll have some abnormal vaginal discharge.
