Std tests neg cysto came back neg, been on antibiotics for 2 months still pain in lower abdomen and frequent painful urination Pain all in pelvic area?

Painful urination

Condom
You may have prostatodynia or chronic pelvic pain syndrome. Antibiotics usually does not solve the problem, because is not actually an infection. The etiology is multifactorial, it can be aggravated by prolonged sitting, riding bikes, alcohol, caffeine, spicy foods. Antiinflammatory drugs, sitz baths and Flomax can help relieve the symptoms. Very difficult to treat sometimes.

Pain in urethea area of vagina that randomly comes and goes and worse when I walk Ihave pelvic discomfort but no cramp painful sex no stds. Hernia?

Doubtful

Std
Hernia pain usually is present in the groin - to one side or another from the pubic bone. Can occasionally cause deep pelvic pain, but not typically in the urethral and it also wouldn't typically cause painful intercourse (dyspareunia). Hope this helps!

Be seen

It could be many things, including related to your pregnancy. See your physician for an exam and diagnosis. It would be reasonable to try bed rest, warm baths, or Tylenol, but if that does not help, definitely be seen.
