Without: Without a clinical exam and radiographs, it is impossible to make a diagnosis. The issues with your ear, presence of wisdom teeth, and discomfort upon opening your mouth each could be the source of your pain and each have their own separate treatments. The only way to resolve this problem is to see a board certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon for an evaluation because they have the training to evaluate and manage all three issues you describe. If it is an infection, which it sounds like, I would not wait until your insurance to kick in. You may have to pay for an exam, bit if it is a problem with the wisdom teeth, their extraction may be delayed until the insurance takes effect.
Pulled Muscle: The sx's you describe are very consistent with a pulled muscle or bursitis (most likely of the Platysma muscle). This type of injury may also hurt if you open your jaw. If a simple pulled muscle these type of injuries usually respond to conservative measures such as ice, rest (diff area, soft neck brace?), NSAIDS (if able) & improve by themselves. If sev or doesn't get better, should be checked.
Cracked tooth??: If you have this pain when you chew and it doesn't happen all the time, it is probably a cracked tooth and needs a crown asap. The longer the delay, the greater the chance it will also nee a root canal. If it hurts every time you chew, it is not a cracked tooth and maybe an abcess at the apex of the tooth.

Prolonged emotional stress makes my PVCs worse and stronger and also pain in my left lower jaw near chin, arm. 3 years heart FULLY tests and fine. Why?
Stress response: Assuming that you're heart is good, these sound like stress responses and perhaps over concern too. Prolonged stress can result in physical problems, so find ways to reduce stress. Relaxation techniques, meditation, managing thoughts, and energy tapping can help. Consulting a therapist for help with stress is also highly recommended.
I currently have had jaw pain in my left lower jaw for about a month or so. The pain seems to be aggravated or grow worse when/after smoking a cigarette. I feels like muscle stiffness/ dull pain. I went to the dentist and did x-rays, all seems clear.
Jaw pain after smoke: I would stop smoking and see if it goes away.
Pain radiates from beneath my lower left jaw in a knot beside my esophagus. Starts with back lower skull pain or pop. Thoughts?
Examination needed: You could be suffering from a dental occlusion issue or there could be a cervical radiculopathy or entrapped branch of the occipital nerve though your age is against the radiculopathy choice more than the other conditions and an pinched occipital nerve doesn't explain jaw pain very well. Caution to you though on the chiropractic manipulations of the neck. Those can be DANGEROUS. ASK about risks.
Lower left side of jaw tingles intensly in pain. Happens evey 10mns. Lost of sensivity of that side. Help?
Neuropathy: You may well have issue with mental branch of trigeminal nerve, which could be due to dental problems, or nasopharyngeal issues. Would have a dentist evaluate initially but an otolaryngologist may be next if not a dental problems.

I'm having a cold, but my lower left jaw is hurting for some reason. I think it's because of cold, but I'm not sure. Can you please guide me on that?
Consult a dentist: It may seem that it is due to cold, but when was your last visit to the dentist? Nearly 9 in10 diseases can cause symptoms in your mouth. That puts your dentist on the front line for spotting serious health conditions developing silently in your body. This is one reason it's so important to see your dentist at least two times a year for dental cleanings and checkups. Jaw pain can be due decay too
Swollen/Painful jaw: See a dentist as soon as possible to determine what's causing this. Both swelling and pain generally indicate an infection. Infections can pose serious medical risks and can even be life threatening. We can't diagnose or treat you over the internet. Call right now and get an appointment.See 1 more doctor answer
