No: Sounds more like nerve pain. Your pancreas is in your upper abdomen. If your pain changes or if you have other symptoms; such as vomiting, fever, swelling in your groin or blood in your stool you should be seen at the hospital. Make an appointment to see your MD. LLAbd pain: 12 year is a very long time. You did not mention about diagnostic tests. Please have detailed history, thorough physical exam, including pelvic. You also need us of abdomen ; pelvis. Colonoscopy and MRI of lumbosacral spine to find out the cause. Sometimes surgical scar tissue cause pain but not radiation to leg. With menstrual, ovaries evaluation needed. See your gyn.
