Most likely hip: If pain happens with walking, getting out of the chair or bed, walking up flight of stairs then it is most likely hip OA. Other things that could be present is limping after long walking. If your overweight, then this is more likely. Bilateral hip pain: Could be diverticulitis, I have seen it with vaginitis ( mycoplasma/ureoplasma), ovarian or UTI. Get urinanalysis, consider sonogram to check ovaries, if diverticulitis may need antibiotics( CT is used for diagnosis but so can physical exam) and sometimes i give a course of Zithromax( or doxycycline) and flagyl for vaginitis and it helps.
