I have two lipomas in my lower back one at right and one at left, they are painful plus i feel pain in my ribss too recently, what should I do ?

That is simple: Lipomas are usually benign and one could live out a full life without problems. However, if it bothers you they can be easily treated by removing them. See a surgeon or a plastic surgeon. I have no idea if liposuction could be used to as i would like to see it coming out with it's capsule otherwise it may reoccur. ...Read more
