Your symptoms could be related to changes in hormone levels, but I do think you should have a medical evaluation and have testing performed. If there is any chance you could be pregnant then please take a pregnancy test. I am also concerned about the discharge. Again it could be related to hormones but this should be cultured. If you have increased pain, vomiting, fever, or lightheadedness, then you must be seen immediately.

onset abdominal pain that is going from near your belly button and to the right, combined with fever, nausea, vomiting and increased pain when pressure is applied - you need to let your parents know right NOW. You would need to have a surgical abdomen ruled out. Appendicitis can present in this manner. Take care.

Lower abdominal pain near belly button and a little bit towards the right/gas/vomiting/cant sleep and walk straight/no fever/nausea. What is this?

Go to an ER

Pain
You need to be examined and treated based upon the findings of the doctor that you are seeing. This is some inflammatory condition that seems to be causing irritation of the linings over the intestines and producing pain and vomiting. Could be ovarian, appendix or half a dozen other things, but you must be seen to be diagnosed. Go now. Good luck,
