I was diagnosed with bfs normal emg only minor fasciculations and symptoms are twich spread random and legs pain can it be als?
Unlikely: The diagnosis of bfs is a diagnosis of exclusion. If you have been diagnosed with bfs then ALS should have been ruled out. The two are unrelated and one does not develop into the other. It does not mean you can't develop ALS like at equal probability as the general population. Is there is a significant change in symptoms reevaluation would be indicated. ...Read more
I suffer from extreme anxiety. I googled ALS symptoms because of my thigh twitching and now I'm worried because my legs feel fatigued. Anxiety do thi?
Hey, tough guy!: Everybody's thigh goes twitchy occasionally. I think it's from a nerve cell or two dying off the muscle getting extra-sensitive to circulating acetylcholine. Nobody knows or cares. If it's your tongue or if you're suddenly not keeping up in sports, you might worry. ALS isn't treatable anyway so it doesn't matter. Get on with your life. Best wishes. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

Twitching body wide mainly in legs for 19 months. Clean EMG (just fascias) at 12 months. Clean clinical at 15 months. Am I now in clear regarding ALS?
Twitching: I can't comment on your ALS probability but your neurologist can. I can say that muscle twitches can be related to low magnesium levels. Please see a nutritionist or naturally-oriented physician. He/she can test your magnesium level and suggest supplementation. Jigsaw brand magnesium is a good brand if available.
