Pain: Pain or pressure in the left side of the abdomen can be from stomach, spleen, bowels, ribs. If the pain is in the flank or the back it could be kidney. Could be as simple as stomach acid, or constipation, I am sorry, I am not clear on what you mean by "Triangle area". Tummy exercise lump: More history is required. Is it stable in size or does it change with bearing down/coughing. Is it fixed in location or relatively mobile? Are there any overlying skin changes?
