Very faint positive line on pregnancy test. Period due in 2 days. Lower abdominal pain on left side. Early pregnancy symptoms or extra uterine pregnancy?

Very faint positive line on pregnancy test. Period due in 2 days. Lower abdominal pain on left side. Early pregnancy symptoms or extra uterine pregnancy?

HPT will not: Distinguish between regular and extra-uterine pregnancy. Since you have not missed your period yet and the hpt was "faint positive" you may wish to repeat the test in 3-4 days. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully.

Pregnancy (Definition)

When your due date arrives, you will be more than ready to have your baby! Most women deliver the baby somewhere between 37 and 42 weeks. According to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, only 5% of babies arrive on the exact due date. Approximately 7% of babies are not delivered by 42 weeks, and when that happens, it is referred to ...Read more

Starting to get a little worried about achiness and pain in my left side, are theses symptoms of ectopic pregnancy?

Starting to get a little worried about achiness and pain in my left side, are theses symptoms of ectopic pregnancy?

Many possible: Pelvic/abdominal pain and vaginal bleeding are most common symptoms. These are rarely present with an early ectopic though, so if there's reason for concern about ectopic consult your doctor, do not rely on symptoms.

I had a 2 day period very light, 2 negative pregnancy tests but still having pregnancy symptoms and pains in my left side?

I had a 2 day period very light, 2 negative pregnancy tests but still having pregnancy symptoms and pains in my left side?

Pregnancy unlikely: With having a period, even if light one, and two negative pregnancy tests (assuming you did the tests correctly) it in not likely that you are pregnant. For further assurance you may wish to repeat the test in a week or so. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions in the package carefully.

Is pulling/stretching feeling in lower right abdomen/overy a sign or early pregnancy symptoms? And sometimes occassionally on the left side?

Is pulling/stretching feeling in lower right abdomen/overy a sign or early pregnancy symptoms? And sometimes occassionally on the left side?

Normal and common: I'm afraid it's too common to be specific: in other words, can't say it's good or bad - but it is normal. The only reliable pregnancy sign before a missed period is a positive test. Best of luck next few days!

I have slight cramps left and right side feels like around the ovaries can it be pregnancy symptoms 7dpo?

I have slight cramps left and right side feels like around the ovaries can it be pregnancy symptoms 7dpo?

Possible: Many women will experience cramps and pressure very early in pregnancy due to the uterine enlargement and to the presence of a corpus cyst on one of the ovaries. That would be normal, but could also be normal due the to impending menstrual period if a conception did not occur.

10 more days for my period, I have pain in my left side, those that mean I could have a pregnancy symptom?

10 more days for my period, I have pain in my left side, those that mean I could have a pregnancy symptom?

Possible, but: Ten days before your period would also be 4 days after ovulation. When you ovulate you have a cyst on one of your ovaries, that could be the reason for your pain. If you did conceive, it would only be 4 days after conception and you are not likely to have pain or pregnancy symptoms that soon. By about 4 days before your period, a pregnancy test would be positive if you have conceived. Good luck.

Hpt + might be 6 weeks no pregnancy symptoms lower left side slight pain/discomfort area feels swollen when pressed. Could this be an ectopic?

Ultrasound: If you have any concern about an ectopic pregnancy you should consult your doctor for an ultrasound examination. Not having symptoms of pregnancy per se is not an indication of ectopic pregnancy.

Heavy bleeding a week before period suppose to start and I having pain on my left side prior to the bleeding and been having pregnancy symptoms help?

Heavy bleeding a week before period suppose to start and I having pain on my left side prior to the bleeding and been having pregnancy symptoms help?

1st check preg test: Over the counter pregnancy tests are cheap and reliable. Go do one and then you will know and you won't have to worry about it any more. If you don't want to be pregnant see your doctor for effective birth control. If not pregnant you will need to see your obgyn to discuss causes of pelvic pain and irregular periods. They will prob do an exam and sonogram to look for ovarian cyst.

Currently 20 weeks pregnant and I've been getting really sharp pain below my rib cage on the left side. Same symptom on previous pregnancy which was preemie.

Currently 20 weeks pregnant and I've been getting really sharp pain below my rib cage on the left side. Same symptom on previous pregnancy which was preemie.

PAIN: On the left side there is bowel, spleen, ribcage, uterus/ligaments, ovaries, kidney, ureters etc. It would be difficult to give you a diagnosis without k knowing your personal history. Anyways, consult your obgyn asap and let him/her know your symptoms. Sometimes its nothing, sometimes could be serious.

I don't have any symptoms of pregnancy, nd have not skipped a period, but on the left hand side of my stomach there's an awkward feeling, what can it be?

LUQ pain: Tough to say without an exam-history and physical, . ..Guesses would include gastritis, muscle strain, viral illness causing discomfort in stomach/intestinal area, virus causing enlargement of the spleen with discomfort, pancreatitis, etc. All guesses though. Best wishes.

Late for period. Tubes clamped 10 years ago. Getting all pregnancy symptoms and bad indigestion and bad pains in left side if stomach?

See your doctor.: Pregnancy can occur after a tubal ligation and your symptoms could be consistent with an ectopic pregnancy. Need to see your doctor to rule this out because it can be dangerous.

Cramping on lower abdomen on left side and lower back pain as well, this is all 6 days after conception. Could these symptoms relate to pregnancy?

Yes, but: It is a little early to be having pregnancy symptoms. Sometimes women have lower abdominal pain from an ectopic pregnancy, but not this soon after conception, usually. Unrelated to pregnancy, an ovarian cyst or a urinary tract infection could both cause these symptoms. Best to see a doctor and get checked out if the symptoms are really bothering you.

I'm due on 1st september am ttc having pain on my right side is this normal if im pregnant been having symptoms of pregnancy?

I'm due on 1st september am ttc having pain on my right side is this normal if im pregnant been having symptoms of pregnancy?

Confusing: If your next period is due sept 1, and your last period was on time, you may have ovulated late. Not likely that you have a tubal pregnancy with symptoms this early. Do a pregnancy test and if negative wait a week to see if you get your period. If late then repeat test in a week. If positive see your doc.

If you ovulate on your left side and get pregnant. If you terminated the pregnancy after a month does your next ovulation happen on your right side?

If you ovulate on your left side and get pregnant. If you terminated the pregnancy after a month does your next ovulation happen on your right side?

Sometimes: Women most commonly alternate sides on which they ovulate, but not always. The best way to tell where a woman ovulated from, is to perform an ultrasound and see where her corpus luteum is... The little cyst that forms in the site of ovulation. Good question!
