A few ideas: It sounds like there could be other reasons for your lack of menses. #1 reason would be a hormonal imbalance. Other reasons could include thyroid or pituitary problems. Often women miss cycles due to weight (being too thin or too heavy, too little or too much estrogen). Clear mucous is normal. Back pain could be musculoskeletal, your kidneys, or endometriosis.
