A few ideas: It sounds like there could be other reasons for your lack of menses. #1 reason would be a hormonal imbalance. Other reasons could include thyroid or pituitary problems. Often women miss cycles due to weight (being too thin or too heavy, too little or too much estrogen). Clear mucous is normal. Back pain could be musculoskeletal, your kidneys, or endometriosis. Not typical : A pelvic exam does not generally cause back pain. Lying on the uncomfortable bed while pregnant could . Good thing you just saw a doctor and i assume everything with the pregnancy and your pelvic exam was normal. That must be reassuring. ...Read more
