Last 9 months been anaemic with pain left side of abdomen which goes through my hip and lower back, front leg?
Left hip/ leg pain: Follow up with doctor this week. Would consider CT of abdomen/pelvis to ensure no cancer, check renal function as that can cause anemia as well. Did you have inflammatory bowel because if that recurrs in small intestine or ileum can cause anemia( though usuallyright side). Also consider hip films to check for arthritis. ...Read more

Don't Assume : Could be one of many things. Most likely it is what is called myofascial/musculoskeletal which should be reassuring. The fact that it hurts with sitting only is reassuring that more sinister issues not likely. However, the abbominal pain is a bit concerning with the back pain.
