Variety of issues: Women with larger breasts often times have visible large visible veins. This may or may not be the cause of your breast pain. However, at age 19 it is unlikely anything serious. They probably sent you to breast clinic to see if this is fibrocystic breast changes or mastodynia (breast pain).See 1 more doctor answer
4 months of stabbing pain through left breast starting at nipple straight through to back. No lumps but have history of fibrocystic breasts.
Ribs: This is most likely an intercostal neuralgia, or irritation of the nerve associated with each rib. The pain is sharp, and stabbing, often radiating from breast area to the back. Gastroesphageal reflux, particularly with hiatal hernia may cause similar symptoms. Diagnostic workup may include thoracic ct / MRI to exclude aneurysm.

Leaning forward pain in right breast and sternum. Then bending over pain through left breast and chest to back. Doc says heart ok. Muscular? Nerve? Gas?
Positional: The positional nature of your pain makes me wonder about your spine - as you lean, you flex and extend it which open and close your neural foramina (the canals where the nerve roots exit). Arthritic spurs often encroach on these canals and can cause nerve root irritation. Arthritis in the facet joints of the spine can further cause positional pain.

11 days late for period. Really really sore breasts. Bad shooting pain in left breast. Above nipple. Pregnant? First test was negative. Took 2 days ago
Tests are accurate: Home pregnancy tests are very accurate and not affected by foods, herbs, common illnesses, sexually transmitted diseases, vaginal spotting, or medications. A test gives a reliable result 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have happened) or 1 week after missing a period. If done sooner, a negative result may be due to testing too early such as less than 2 weeks after conception.

See Doctor: It's recommended women over 40 have mammography done. Usually, following an exam, and mammography, if problem persists, see specialist to rule out cancer. Good Luck

Common: Breast asymmetry and changes in nipples are common with women particularly around their cycle at your age. It's also common in breast-feeding. Of course I do not know if this is true for you. Hormonal changes around the cycle are largely responsible. Commonly they will affect both breasts similarly. But occasionally asymmetrically as described. Fever, significant pain or masses-see your doctor.
Yes: If this is a new finding, it may be significant. Any change in the skin overlying the breast, for example, dimpling, nipple inversion, orange peel appearance, can be a sign of serious underling breast disease. Please see your doctor.See 1 more doctor answer
