Hi, I have pain in my upper left arm, that comes and goes, but does not get worse with arm movement. I am extreamly tired as well!
Arm pain: Your symptom is nonspecific but still could be due to muscular strain or inflammation, or tendonitis even if unaffected by arm movements. Another possibility is impingement of a nerve due to disc or spur problems in your neck. Tenderness over the upper arm favors tendonitis or a muscular cause. If symptoms persist consult an orthopedic specialist for diagnosis and treatment. ...Read more

Possibly: You need to have the baby evaluated at a center that can deal with brachial plexus injuries. The brachial plexus is a group of nerves in the shoulder region that can often get damaged during childbirth. There is a period of improvement shortly after the injury then the rate of improvement slows. This is an issue for a pediatric hospital with the resources to evaluate what we are dealing with. ...Read more

It depends on type o:
The report is only as reliable as the type of x-ray done (? C-spine x-ray versus MRI of the c-spine).
If you have lots of pain, a plane x-ray is not likely to help with the diagnosis. You need to be sure that you are examined by a neurologist or neurosurgeon to help you find out the cause and offer treatment which is appropriate.
