Not angina: Chest pain that lasts over 30 minutes and is not a heart attack: is NOT coming from the heart. The operative word is "stressed" and that is where you at age 25, should concentrate. Is it typical for cardiac pain heart pain, left arm pain, jaw pain to come and come throughout the day&night? 2012/2013 cardiac tests neg.
Yes: Heart pain can certainly come and go, but coronary disease is almost unheard of at age 23. The best test to truly eliminate coronary artery disease is a catheterization, which should be done even if stress test is negative IF symptoms persist, AND there is no other reason, such as spasm of the esophagus, reflux disease, costochondritis, etc. AND clinical picture is appropriate. No chest pain, left arm tingly, jaw hurts a little after 20 min of cardio. Can it be my neuropathy? Or cannot be something else? Heart test all good
Maybe: My question would be what are you doing with your arm and jaw while exercising? Using arms (perhaps elliptical, ergometer, or rowing machine) may bring out tingling. Also hyperventilation (would expect both hands). Clenching jaw, or jarring from running, may bring out jaw pain. If you have already been tested for heart problems and don't have any big risk factors, I would recommend analgesics. ...Read more

Stay the course: Continue to go to your doctor and give your medication some time to work. Call your doctor and tell him or her that your omeprazole is not working. Ask for a referral to a Gastroenterologist and to a Cardiologist. Try to stay calm, sometimes a complex problem may require more than one visit before the physicians work through a differential diagnosis, order tests, and optimize your medication. ...Read more

Pains...: Assuring you definitely had the heart investigated by cardiologists, it could be nerve related-meaning the nerve that innervates those areas is irritated or inflamed in some way, causing the pains. Anxiety is always a possible cause too. See and work with your Primary Care provider to get to the possible answer and treatment. Best wishes. ...Read more
