Sacral (butt) area, along with pain, and aching in the pelvic area isn't normal, and needs to be examined fully by your ob/gyn, who will know what to do, and what necessary steps to take. Difficult: Pain is tough. Is it acute or chronic? If acute consider first the bladder. Sometimes pain can have more than one cause, did the onset occur simultaneously? Could it be menstrually related. This is a difficult one. Try 2 aleve (naproxen) 2x per day and go with bladder treatment if having to pee at nigh more than twice. What preceded pain?: Did you strain to defecate? Was there blood on the toilet paper? Assuming no other trauma at your age the most common cause is a hard stool tearing the rectum. It should heal on its own in a few days. If this is the cause increase the fiber in your diet and increase your fluid intake.
