Sharp pulsating pain in left side chest accompanied by the same pain radiating down left inner arm to left hand pinky.
What would cause pain in left inner elbow? Also some pain in bicep while bending arm. Left shoulderblade tender also.

Sounds like: Nerve irritation or injury that could be coming from your neck seem a very likely explanation for these symptoms. Assessing if neck position change the symptoms might help. A good neurological history and competent examination should sort this out.
