Not bad: What you describe suggests nasal congestion and possible sinus pressure and ear pressure because of nasal passage partial or near complete blockage. Some medications can cause this but the medications you list are not known for causing these symptoms. Most likely you have an allergy affecting your nasal passages. What Meds: Sounds like sinus pressure, may benefit from flonase, may need an eye exam but may need a decongestant, like Claritin (loratadine) d to relieve the pressure. Not an uncommon pattern for sinus pain but different meds do different things, see your doc yet? ...Read more

Sinus: Migraine is not brought on by positional changes and pressure. That is classic sinus headache. It still hurts and it's not easy to find a way to 'cure'. You are doing good things with irrigation and the antibiotic for times it flares up into an infection.
